Dairy Ledger replaces the paper notebooks most small dairy farms still run on. The owner, manager, workers and vet each get their own login and permissions, and every milking, treatment, sale and expense goes into one shared record. The app watches those records and flags what needs attention: a cow whose milk has dropped, milk that can't be sold while she's on treatment, a pregnancy check or vaccination that's due, or a buyer who hasn't paid. Built with Flutter on a PHP and MySQL API, it runs on Android and the web, works offline and syncs when signal returns, and includes an AI assistant that answers questions from the farm's own records and emails the owner a morning summary.
