Lead Scout turns prospecting into a repeatable workflow. An AI step writes targeted web searches for a country and chosen business categories. Candidates are de-duplicated against past scans, then each domain is checked for DNS and for when the Wayback Machine last captured it. Every lead is tagged strong, outdated or no website, with the reason, and saved to a MySQL pipeline (new, contacted, replied, closed). One click drafts a personal outreach email from the business's own site. Built on PHP and MySQL, with n8n workflows behind secret-checked webhooks and DeepSeek for the research and writing.
